Dean Frankle

Dean Frankle is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead the Financial Institutions Practice across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium with a focus on Asset and Wealth Management. Since joining BCG in 2019, Dean has also served as the Topic Lead on ESG in Asset Management and has extensive experience in Retail Banking. Prior to this, they held various roles at UBS Investment Bank and HSBC Global Asset Management, and they completed their MBA at Harvard Business School from 2008 to 2010. Dean's expertise includes leading projects in corporate strategy, organizational design, and operations, with contributions to thought leadership in asset management.
