Deeksha Anand

Deeksha Anand is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Previously, Deeksha founded OneStopData, successfully building a data community of over 300,000 members on social media and mentoring more than 1,000 individuals. They have held roles as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group and as a Data Analytics Manager at ION, where they led global strategy programs and managed teams to improve customer experience. Deeksha's early career included internships at Engineers India Limited, EY, and ExxonMobil, focusing on market research, data analysis, and marketing strategies.
