Dena Paris

Dena Paris is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert with over 30 years of global experience in enhancing leadership effectiveness. Currently, Dena leads the Executive Coaching Center of Expertise within BCG’s Global Business Services, focusing on scaling coaching capabilities and driving organizational impact through human-centered approaches. Previously, Dena held multiple HR leadership roles at PwC, where they managed HR operations and talent development for large teams, and developed key initiatives that transformed HR processes. Dena holds a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington and completed the Columbia Coaching Certification Program.
