Emma Schmidt

Emma Schmidt is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they have held various roles, including Project Leader and Consultant, since 2024. Prior to this, Emma gained valuable experience as a Rome Fellow at the Paideia Institute, where they focused on educational outreach and curriculum redesign, and as a Lead Aide at Branford College, Yale University, where they managed renovations and increased communal space usage. Emma co-founded The Northern Greening, a student-run business at Yale, and served on the executive board of the Yale Hunger and Homelessness Action Project, orchestrating impactful service events. They hold an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Yale University.
