Eric Boudier

Eric Boudier is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Oslo, where they also serve as the Global Sector Leader for Energy Trading & Risk Management and the Head of the Energy Practice for the Nordics. As a BCG Fellow, they focus on research related to commodity business models and help clients navigate volatility in commodity sourcing and pricing. Prior to joining BCG in 2000, Boudier held roles at Alcan Europe and Elf Aquitaine. They graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and earned a Master of Science in Energy Policy from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, along with a Petroleum Engineering degree from the French Petroleum Institute. Originally from France, Boudier has spent 17 years in Norway and enjoys skiing in their spare time.
