Eric Sparks

Eric Sparks is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they advise prominent businesses, governments, and non-profits on complex strategy and implementation challenges, focusing particularly on aerospace, defense, infrastructure, transportation, and social impact. Previously, they served as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy from 2001 to 2013, flying F/A-18 strike fighters and contributing as a Training Officer and instructor at TOPGUN. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business.
