Erin O’Brien

Erin O’Brien is a Senior Knowledge Analyst specializing in upstream operations at Boston Consulting Group since August 2021. Additionally, Erin O’Brien serves as a Board Member on the Audit Committee of the SUNY Potsdam Foundation, contributing to the growth of private giving for SUNY Potsdam. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure at ExxonMobil, where Erin O’Brien held various geoscientist roles, including Exploration Geoscientist for seismic reprocessing, acreage management, and development and production, with significant involvement in projects within the Gulf of Mexico. Erin O’Brien began a career in geoscience as a Geoscience Intern focusing on optimizing production in California's Santa Ynez Unit fields. Erin O’Brien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, earned between 2010 and 2013.
