Fiana Kummer

Fiana Kummer is an experienced professional in management consulting and sustainability, currently serving as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since September 2024. Fiana co-founded generation F Consulting, which focuses on sustainability and innovation for clients, from May 2023 to July 2024. Previous roles include Founder’s Associate at whylab, where preparation for a fundraising round and UI/UX design were key tasks, and a Visiting Associate at BCG, involved in a transformation project. Fiana also has a background in corporate venture capital with Andreas Schmid Lab and held various student positions at German Entrepreneurship GmbH and BUSINESS@SCHOOL, a BCG initiative. Fiana holds an M.Sc. in Global Business & Sustainability from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
