Flávio Bezerra is currently the Director of Product Design at BCG X, where they lead innovative design initiatives. They have held several key positions in various organizations, including Principal Experience Designer at Boston Consulting Group and Lead Experience Designer at BCG Digital Ventures. Flávio is a founding designer for multiple startups, such as 60beans and Tilda, and is an active member of the InVision Design Leadership Forum. They have also contributed as a mentor at adplist.org and a scholarship researcher at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Flávio holds a Master of Arts in Communication Arts from Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig and a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design from UFRJ.
