Florent Berthod

Florent Berthod is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in operations with a focus on due diligence for private equity clients and large CAPEX transformation projects since September 2018. Previously, Florent held various leadership roles at Groupe PSA from 1999 to 2018, culminating as VP Deputy Head of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Performance, overseeing multiple plants and driving significant improvements in industrial efficiency. Key achievements include increasing annual capacity in stamping and welding shops and implementing a new operating model that resulted in annual savings of €150 million. Florent holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from UTBM and a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
