Frederik Mayeres

Frederik Mayeres is a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Sydney, where they have been since 2015, following three years in the New York office. They are a senior member of BCG's Financial Institutions and Corporate Development & Strategy practices, and co-lead the Insurance practice in Australia and New Zealand. Frederik has collaborated with leading insurers, banks, and wealth managers on various topics, including digital transformations, growth strategies, and sustainability initiatives. Prior to joining BCG, they worked as a commodity trader for Helm AG in Germany. Frederik holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a First Class Honours bachelor degree in Business Science & Management from Nordakademie, Germany.
