Gavin Parker is a highly experienced professional in retail and marketing, currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since June 2013, where Gavin leads global retail AI transformation and serves as the BCG Transform leader in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to BCG, Gavin was the Managing Partner at The Renewal Partnership Pty Ltd, bringing 22 years of expertise in buying, marketing, and retail development with major retailers in Europe and Australia. At Coles Group, from 2004 to 2011, Gavin played a key role as Development Director in transforming the company's store proposition and as Marketing Director in launching innovative marketing campaigns. Gavin's earlier tenure includes pivotal positions at Asda, where Gavin spearheaded Britain's first Supercentres, and Tesco, where Gavin developed key product categories in convenience foods.
