Grace O'Mara

Grace O'Mara is a Senior Associate in the Operations Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), with experience spanning various roles in consulting and internships. Prior to joining BCG in May 2025, Grace served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Newton from September 2022 to May 2025. Grace also completed a summer internship at NearU in 2021, contributing to the development of an app designed to facilitate flexible workspace usage. Additional internship experience includes a summer role at Pragmatix Advisory and archival work at the People's History Museum in 2018. Grace's early career also involved office work experience at Thomas Cook Airlines Balearics SL, where administrative duties were performed in Spanish.
