Heide Wedekind

Heide Wedekind is the Global L&D Director at The Boston Consulting Group, where they serve as the global product owner for the Learning Journey for Experienced Case Leaders. They have a rich background in Human Resources, with extensive experience in the IT, marketing, and management consulting sectors, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Heide held roles such as Head of Human Resources at Nefos and Sr. Manager People Strategy at Publicis Sapient, among others. They hold a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universität Lüneburg and a Systemic Coach certification from Die Coaching Akademie München.
