Isabel Spacek has extensive experience in consulting and human resources, having worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in various roles from Associate Consultant to Global Learning & Development Director between September 2013 and April 2021. In addition to this, Isabel contributed as a Senior Associate Consultant at BCG for a brief period in 2015. Earlier experience includes roles as a Summer Analyst at The Rock Creek Group and as a Latin American Commodities Sales and Trading Analyst at J.P. Morgan, alongside an Emerging Markets Sales and Trading Analyst position. Isabel holds a Master of Science in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
