Jack Klinck is an experienced advisor, board member, and investor with a strong background in technology and finance. They served as the Chief Executive Officer of ShareNett from 2015 to 2016, where they led the start-up through its design phase and fundraising efforts. Currently, Klinck is a board member for several organizations, including The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and Best Egg, and holds positions as a partner at Hyperplane Venture Capital, chairman at Cardlytics, and vice chairman at Xpansiv. Klinck has also been a management committee member at BNY Mellon and State Street, where they launched innovative business lines and led various strategic initiatives. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Middlebury College and an MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
