Jad Bitar is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they help leaders clarify vision, amplify impact, and navigate change. With over a decade of experience at BCG, Jad has previously held roles as Managing Director and Partner, and has contributed their expertise to various board positions, including at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. Jad's entrepreneurial spirit led them to found organizations like Design in Beirut and Qudurat. They pursued a Ph.D. at HEC Montreal, further enhancing their research and analytical skills.
