James H. Lowry is a prominent business icon and strategic advisor, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at The Boston Consulting Group and President & CEO of James H. Lowry & Associates. Lowry made history as the first African American consultant at McKinsey & Company in 1968 and later became the first African American senior partner at BCG, where they spearheaded initiatives in workforce diversity and minority business development. An esteemed author, Lowry co-authored the book *Minority Business Success: Refocusing on the American Dream* and wrote *Change Agent: A Life Dedicated to Creating Wealth for Minorities*, which discusses the critical issues surrounding wealth disparities.
