Jen Hoffbauer

Jen Hoffbauer is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, having steadily advanced from Senior Consultant and Manager since joining the firm in April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Deloitte from January 2015 to April 2019, and a Consultant position at Lynch Consultants, LLC from November 2013 to December 2014. Jen's career began with internships at Civitas Group and the FDA, and as a Research Assistant at George Washington University Medical School, where significant contributions to a PLoS ONE publication were made by analyzing gene mutations' effects on neural development. Educational qualifications include a BS in Biomedical Engineering and English Literature from The George Washington University, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Biotechnology High School.
