Jennifer Elyashar

Jennifer Elyashar is an experienced professional with a strong background in consulting and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Consulting Team Talent Director at Boston Consulting Group since 2017, Jennifer has held multiple roles including Consulting Team Talent Manager and Career Development Manager. Prior to BCG, Jennifer spent over a decade at McDonald's Corporation in various managerial positions focused on business insights, corporate strategy, and talent management. Jennifer's earlier experience includes consulting roles at Marakon Associates and a summer associate position at True Value Company, where key programs and strategies were developed to drive growth.
