Jim Maritan

Jim Maritan is a health care, consumer, and retail executive with over 20 years of experience in strategy, M&A, international expansion, operations improvement, and general management. They are the principal and founder of Callalta Advisors, providing consulting services to health care and consumer businesses. Currently, Jim serves as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group and as a part-time faculty member at the Carroll School of Business at Boston College. They have also held senior roles at CVS Health, leading significant growth initiatives and managing substantial memberships in their Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. Jim holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University and an MS in Management from Purdue University, where they were recognized as a Krannert Scholar.
