Jo Gander

Jo Gander is currently the Global Mobility Programs Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they execute the strategic people agenda with the Global Staffing & Mobility Team, focusing on enriching opportunities for consulting staff. They have a strong passion for people topics and relationship building, both within BCG and externally. Jo's extensive experience includes various roles at BCG since 2005, such as Global Practice Manager and Global Practice Events Lead, where they excelled in project management and event execution. Prior to BCG, Jo worked as an IT Helpdesk Manager at Nokia and a Senior Travel Consultant at Thomas Cook. Jo is also pursuing a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychology at North West London Counselling and Training, expected to conclude in 2024.
