Joanne Cox

Joanne Cox is currently an HR Senior Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a position held since 2021. Previously, they worked at PwC where they served as Assurance HC Director from 2014 to 2016 and Tax HC Director from 2016 to 2021. Joanne's early career included roles such as Assessment Services Manager and HR Business Partner in consulting, among others. They earned an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Plymouth.
