Johan van Hall

Johan van Hall is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board at Rabobank and as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group. With extensive experience in innovation, IT, and organizational change, they previously held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Ordina and were an influential Corporate EVP at ABN AMRO Bank. Johan's prior roles also include serving on the Managing Board of ABN AMRO Bank NV and as an external expert for governance assessments at De Nederlandsche Bank. They hold a degree in Accountancy and IT Auditing from NIVRA, completed in 1989.
