Jorin Seng

Jorin Seng is currently the Human Resources Lead for Southeast Asia at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Jorin worked as an HR Business Partner at ConvaTec and GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they focused on resource planning and employee engagement initiatives. They also served as HR & Admin Manager at Essilor/Artgri Group International and as a Regional Senior HR Executive at Mitsubishi Electric. Jorin began their career as an HR Assistant and later an HR Coordinator at Bain & Company. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
