Julia Madden

Julia Madden is a Partner and Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in people-centric transformation with a focus on agile methodologies. Julia's career at BCG began in various roles, including Consultant and Project Leader, from 2016 to 2021.
