Julie Jefson

Julie Jefson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, currently serving as a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since January 2020, where Julie is part of the People and Organization leadership team and leads the People and Organization topic in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector. Prior to this role, Julie worked at BCG from 2009 to January 2013 as a Project Leader and Principal. From 2005 to 2007, Julie held the position of International Group Manager at Dickson.
