Justin Dean

Justin Dean serves as Managing Director and Senior Partner at The Boston Consulting Group since August 2008 and is also a member of the Global Advisory Board at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management since January 2021. In addition, Justin Dean participates as a member of The Executive Leadership Council and serves as a trustee for the University of Virginia Engineering Foundation, both roles taken on in March 2017 and October 2016, respectively. Prior to these roles, Justin Dean held significant engineering positions at NV Energy and Alstom Power, where strategic projects and awards were achieved, including the Nevada Power Gold Above and Beyond Award. Justin Dean holds an MBA/Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
