Kaitlyn Schmidt is a seasoned marketing events professional with extensive experience in event planning and management across various industries. Currently serving as a North America Marketing Events Senior Specialist at Boston Consulting Group since November 2025, Kaitlyn previously worked at Pegasystems as an Event Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing event logistics and onsite branding. Prior to that, Kaitlyn held roles at Pri-Med, managing operational aspects of medical education programs, and at Harvard Business Publishing, coordinating a range of events globally while managing budgets and post-event evaluations.
