Kara Olander is an accomplished individual with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota, expected in 2024. Olander gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at the Boston Consulting Group from June to August 2023 and worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Human Factors Safety Laboratory from March 2022 to July 2024.
