Karina Neumayer is currently the Global Change & Communications Manager for Digital Products at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Previously, they served as NAMR HR Immigration Lead and have extensive experience in immigration law, including roles as an International Immigration Paralegal and Immigration Support Consultant. Karina began their career as an intern with the U.S. Department of State, where they assisted with international meetings and drafted position papers. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, with a minor in French, from the University of Georgia.
