Karsten Schott

Karsten Schott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the consulting and information systems sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Associate Director in Enterprise Software at Boston Consulting Group since 1996, Karsten has held several positions within the company, advancing from Consultant to Project Leader, Principal, and Associate Director. Prior to BCG, Karsten was the Director of Information System Strategy at Bantam Doubleday Dell and worked as an IT Strategist and System Analyst at Bertelsmann and Bertelsmann Marketing, respectively. Karsten began a career in 1985 as an intern at Anderson & Lembke, contributing to a project focused on B2B marketing. Karsten holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, earned between 1982 and 1988.
