Kathleen To

Kathleen To is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group since September 2025, Kathleen's prior experience includes roles as a Co-Founder and Head of Marketing at Hazel, as well as Head of Marketing at Polln and Nectar Brands from June 2022 to May 2025. Kathleen's earlier career featured positions at Jurlique, where global brand management was a focus, and significant contributions to Telstra as Brand Marketing Executive and Marketing Graduate, leading 360 campaign development and brand marketing initiatives. Kathleen's foundation in marketing began with a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, where participation in the Dean's Scholarship Program highlighted outstanding academic performance.
