Kathryn Bell

Kathryn Bell is a Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group, where they currently lead initiatives in executive coaching and strategic operations. Previously, they served as Managing Director and Partner, Global Operations Services at BCG, overseeing significant operational functions and sustainability strategies. Their experience also includes a role as Global Director of Facilities and Services at Accenture, managing extensive corporate real estate and service operations across multiple countries. Kathryn holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Electrical Engineering and advanced degrees in Construction Management, including a PhD, both from Heriot-Watt University and the University of Southampton.
