Katrina Beck

Katrina Beck, MBA, is a Human Resources Specialist at Boston Consulting Group since July 2025, where responsibilities include managing onboarding programs, designing learning initiatives, and fostering engagement across the Africa system. Prior to BCG, Katrina served as a Senior Practice Administrator at Manhattan Psychology Group PC from June 2019 to June 2022, overseeing scheduling and communications for a large team of providers. Katrina's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Integrity Patent Group, PLC, providing expert patent services, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at W. P. Carey School of Business, where curriculum for professional development was created. A Graduate Intern at Mayo Clinic in summer 2023, Katrina contributed to data-driven solutions for operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from W. P. Carey School of Business and a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University.
