Keauna Mason

Keauna Mason is an experienced manager, coach, and speaker with a demonstrated history in the Tech, Music, and Education industries. Currently, as a Consulting Team Talent Senior Manager at the Boston Consulting Group, Keauna is responsible for talent management and staffing across the West Coast. Previously, Keauna managed candidate experience strategy at Meta, where key initiatives included launching a Diversity Design Review Program and optimizing recruiting processes. Keauna also provides coaching for career development and has worked as an MBA admissions consultant, personalizing application experiences for aspiring business school candidates. They hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and are pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford University.
