Kiki Jansen

Kiki Jansen is a Senior Career Services Specialist at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where responsibilities include providing career support to all consulting levels, support staff, and alumni in the Amsterdam office, as well as serving as the project executive for Career Services Data & Tooling in the LAB region. Kiki is a recipient of the Key Purpose Award for 2023, recognized for the initiative "Grow by Growing Others." Prior to BCG, Kiki held various roles at Badenoch + Clark, advancing from Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant, with expertise in strategy and commercial excellence across the (semi-)public sector. Kiki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration & Organizational Science and a Master of Science in Organizations, Change & Management, both from Universiteit Utrecht.
