Kimberly Wall is a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead consulting projects and mentor team members to enhance their skills. Previously, Kimberly served as Assistant Superintendent and Leadership Coach at Democracy Prep Public Schools, focusing on educational opportunities for underserved students. With a Master of Education in School Leadership from Harvard University, Kimberly has dedicated years to shaping urban education through various leadership roles, including Principal at City on a Hill Charter Public Schools and Nativity Preparatory School. Kimberly’s commitment lies in leveling the educational playing field and fostering the growth of both students and educational leaders.
