Kirill Katsov

Kirill Katsov is a Partner and Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since January 2016, specializing in AI/ML models within banking and insurance, as well as AI Governance and Model Risk Management. Prior to BCG, Kirill served as a Director at PwC, focusing on Advisory for Financial Services, and worked as a Consultant for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, where responsibilities included market data warehousing. Kirill's earlier experience includes roles as a Quantitative Analyst at Aristeia Capital and Banc of America Securities, where expertise in security selection, valuation, and risk management was developed. Kirill’s academic background includes postdoctoral research at UC Santa Barbara and the University of Washington, as well as a PhD in Chemical Physics from the University of Maryland and an MS in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
