Lance Katigbak

Lance Katigbak is currently a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Manila, focusing on large-scale transformation programs, fintech, and go-to-market strategy. With experience spanning both Manila and New York, Lance has collaborated with clients across Asia, the USA, Europe, and Australia. Prior to BCG, they were the first employee at Clair, a fintech startup, where they played multiple roles including Chief Revenue Officer, helping the company achieve its first $1 million in revenue. Lance serves on the boards of the Harvard Club of the Philippines and Teach for the Philippines, and enjoys running, cooking, and traveling with their family. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, graduating magna cum laude.
