Lea Roser

Lea Roser is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability & Impact Management at Mannheim Business School, expected to conclude in 2025. Previously, they held the position of Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from 2022 to 2023 and served as an Associate at the same firm from 2020 to 2022. Lea has also held roles in private equity and product technology, as well as in wealth management for institutional clients, during their early career in 2016 and 2017. In addition to their consulting work, they are a Member of the Board of Advisors at nevaal AG from 2020 to 2024 and have experience with semester studies abroad at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2015.
