Lisa Ivers

Lisa Ivers is the Managing Director and Senior Partner, as well as the Head of BCG Africa at Boston Consulting Group. A core member of BCG’s Global Advantage practice, Lisa focuses on organization and talent in rapidly developing economies, particularly in Africa. Lisa joined BCG in 2006 in Paris, later moving to Casablanca to establish the firm's first office in Africa. Currently, Lisa leads operations across the continent while actively engaging in various strategy projects for both private sector clients and government reforms. Lisa was also elected to the World Economic Forum’s Group of Young Global Leaders in 2019, underscoring their commitment to enhancing economic growth in African nations. Prior to their tenure at BCG, Lisa worked as a strategic analyst at BNP Paribas.
