Lisa Krayer

Lisa Krayer, PhD, is a Principal and Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, specializing in go-to-market strategies for enterprise and deep tech since January 2020. Previously, Lisa served as a Board Fellow for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project and held roles including Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute for Research in Electronics and Applied Physics, where research focused on materials and devices for optical power conversion. Additional experiences include coordinating retention and recruitment programs for undergraduate engineering students at Women in Engineering and SEEDS Programs, conducting research on magnetic damage to hard-drive materials and ferromagnetic materials at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and exploring solid-state cryogenics and nanofabrication at the Center for Astrophysics and Space Sciences. Lisa completed a PhD and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Maryland, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC San Diego.
