Maddams Lori is an Executive Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Plan International USA. With over 20 years of experience in finance and operations within the professional services industry, Maddams has demonstrated a strong ability to lead global teams and drive financial objectives. Currently, they are enabling the Finance organization at BCG to evolve by developing global standards and overseeing a cross-functional team that launched a new digital lead-to-cash solution. Previously, they held various roles at BCG, including Head of Global Finance Operations Team, responsible for finance operations across multiple countries. Maddams began their career at KPMG Audit and has also worked in finance roles at Wang Laboratories.
