Magen Xia

Magen (Xiaoyan) Xia is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a position held since July 2007. Previously, Magen served as an Associate at Novartis in 2006 and worked as a Consultant at BCG from May 2002 to July 2005. Magen holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Foreign Trade from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
