Marcin L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, currently serving as Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since August 2011. Marcin co-leads the Industrial Goods Practice in the Middle East and oversees the Industrial Goods and Energy Practice in Poland. With a background in strategic consulting, Marcin has worked with prominent global firms across several international locations including London, Johannesburg, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Warsaw. Prior roles include President & Co-Founder at Picchu Group, various consulting positions at BCG, and strategic internships at Avon Cosmetics and Novozymes. Marcin holds a CEMS Master in International Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
