María López is the Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead the Health Care practice in Iberia and South America and contribute as a core member of the People & Organization practice. Since joining BCG in 2008, María has focused on the health care industry, assisting clients with strategy, organizational design, and change management. They also spearhead BCG's Women’s Initiative and are a member of the Health Care Scientist Network. In addition to their consulting work, María is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Medical School.
