Marta Coderch Lopez is a Global HR Executive Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they currently serve as the Iberia People Senior Director, leading HR for Spain and Portugal. Previously, Marta held various roles at BCG, including Learning and Development Senior Director, where they led L&D functions across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.
