Matt Davies is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Senior Director for Knowledge Services, Research & Design at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Melbourne. With nearly 15 years at BCG, they have held various leadership roles, including Asia Pacific HR Director and Regional HR Manager, and have managed complex HR teams and projects across the US, EMEA, and AP regions. Matt possesses extensive knowledge across the employee lifecycle, specializing in change management and HR analytics. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in American History and Politics from Swansea University, alongside study abroad experiences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
