Matthew Claridge

Matthew Claridge is a user experience professional with a strong background in addressing business challenges through collaboration and a deep understanding of organizational needs. They served as Director of UX Design at Boston Consulting Group in 2022 and previously held roles at Accenture, managing user experience projects in large-scale environments. Before that, Matthew was a Business Technology Consultant at Capgemini, where they oversaw multiple implementations and client engagements. Matthew's career began as an English Language Teacher in Japan, where they contributed to curriculum development and mentored new educators. They hold a Master’s degree in Physics from The University of Manchester.
